Here at Sproughub, we are driven to do our part in making the world a better place. Since 30 May 2018, we have taken part in a wide range of activities that empower individuals and communities. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact with all of our pursuits. Are you ready to join us and create real transformation in the lives of so many?

 

How does Sproug Hub Foundation function? 

We keep getting requirements from destitute homes & learning centres for underprivileged. We design a separate flyer for each donation drive and upload on social media. Our volunteers also circulate these among their acquaintances.
Every drive at Sproug Hub Foundation is voluntary. No one is paid anything. No travelling or refreshment allowance is given by the trust. All the amount generated is used for donations.
Nowadays, social service has become mandatory for educational institutions & offices. Admins approach us for the same. We have partnered with many reputed schools, colleges, and companies.

What are the goals of Sproug Hub Foundation? 

Short-term goals 
● We are looking at increase in the number of donors and amount of donation. We have many projects in the pipeline but are unavailable to fulfill the requirements due to shortage of funds.
● Most of the volunteers we have are college students. They are able to donate very little time. We are looking for volunteers who can be readily available for school timings on weekdays.
● Our YouTube channel is regularly updated. However, we want volunteers who can spread word about us on other social media platforms like Facebook, instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. 

 Long-term goals
● We plan to act as a bridge between the underprivileged and companies, making these individuals self-reliant and ultimately, contributing to NO POVERTY.
● Currently, our food drives are one or two in a month. We plan to do it on a large scale atleast once a week, contributing to ZERO HUNGER.
● We carry out tree plantation drives every monsoon. However, the size of drive depends on the donations generated. We aim to join hands with more CSR partners to combat CLIMATE CHANGE.

What are the objectives of Sproug Hub Foundation? 

● To be the bridge that brings the experts who are willing to contribute their time and energies with a cause where people who really need the guidance can benefit from it.

●To be instrumental in providing essential but not necessarily basic requirements in sanitation and health as well as education that can help improve the quality of experience of the underprivileged

Vision and mission of Sproug Hub Foundation 

Our focus is on QUALITY EDUCATION. We work with learning centers catering 
to the underprivileged class. We organize holistic educational programmes to teach academics, life skills and extra curricular activities. We also donate furniture , bags, stationary, play equipment, making the environment conductive for learning. Our signature projects such as 'Shiksha Abhiyaan', 'Chalo School Chale Hum', 'Wall beautification', and 'Cycle bank' are small steps towards a bright future for the disadvantaged children. We are looking for CSR partners for uninterrupted service to the community.

How are the finances managed? 

We generate money from private donations. We do not sell any products made by underprivileged nor do we collect membership fees. Our finances purely depend on donations given by kind-hearted people.

How shall people approach Sproug Hub Foundation? Is there any procedure? 

You can Google Sproug Hub Foundation and easily get our contact number, email id and website. We are prompt in answering calls. With so many projects in our basket, we are always looking for volunteers. The best part about working with us is that you can decide how much time you wish to donate. There is no hard and fast rule here. Just that we need our volunteers to stick to their commitments. Many a times, our volunteers can make it physically just once or twice a year but they are a great help in back office work. 
Some people approach us to celebrate their special day with the disadvantaged.  We organize an event as per their requirement. 

We spread the message of our work basically through our YouTube page and through WhatsApp status reach of our existing volunteers. During Collaboration events, we join our partners on social media to increase the reach. Many of our volunteers are acquaintances.

Is there a membership of the Sproug Hub Foundation? If yes, how much? If not, why? 

There is no membership or joining fee. You can donate for any upcoming drive and be a part of the event. You can also volunteer to teach in our scheduled programmes.

What type of NGO is Sproug Hub Foundation? 

We are a community- based organization with charitable & service orientation. We work for the underprivileged, destitute, disabled and tribals.
We work towards fulfilling the needs of clothing, food distribution and paying the school fee of girls. We organize awareness and training programmes for students at schools. Doctors volunteer with us in promoting health.

How is the Marketing done for Sproug Hub Foundation? 

There is no marketing done till date. It is only mouth publicity. Even our website is designed by a volunteer.
